Turnitin checks

Full refund before checking starts. No refund once the report has been generated. If we cannot deliver a report because of a problem on our side, we refund in full.

10-check packs

Full refund within 7 days of issue if no checks have been used. No refund once any check has been used.

Proofreading

Full refund before proofreading starts. If you believe something was clearly missed in a delivered edit, contact us within 3 days and we will fix it free of charge.

Wrong payment amount

If you overpay, we refund the difference. If you underpay, we will contact you to settle the balance before processing.

How to request

WhatsApp us with your order number. Refunds go back via the original payment method, usually within 3 working days.
