FAQ
How soon does checking start after I pay?
During office hours, 06:00–23:00 (Hong Kong time), we usually verify payment within 5 minutes and checking starts right away. Orders outside office hours are handled after 06:00 the next day.
Will my file be stored in the repository?
No. Every file is submitted with “no repository”. Files and reports are deleted 24 hours after completion.
Which file formats are supported?
Word (.docx), PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx), up to 20MB per file.
How does the 10-check pack work?
Once payment is confirmed, we email you a pack code. Next time, choose “I have a pack”, enter the code and your email, and no payment is needed. Packs are valid for 18 months.
Will proofreading rewrite my content?
No. We only fix grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice and tone. Your content and arguments stay yours, and we don’t write for you.
