What we collect

Your email address, the files you upload, payment screenshots, order details (such as product, amount and payment method) and basic technical data such as your IP address.

How we use it

Only to process your order, deliver reports or files, verify payment and contact you. We never use your data for marketing and never sell it.

File deletion

Uploaded files, payment screenshots and reports are permanently deleted from our server 24 hours after your order is completed. Files for unpaid or unconfirmed orders are deleted after 7 days.

Order records

For accounting and enquiries we keep basic order records (order number, email, amount, date), but never file contents.

Third parties

Files for checking are submitted to Turnitin with no repository. Emails are sent through an email delivery provider. Otherwise we do not share your data unless required by law.

Security

The whole site uses HTTPS. Files are stored under random names and only administrators can access them.

Access and correction
